The Brio 300 Series 3-Stage Stainless Steel Bottleless Countertop Water Cooler is a point-of-use water dispenser that connects directly to a building's cold water line, eliminating the need for replacement water bottles. It dispenses hot and cold water and has a compact countertop footprint. Incoming water passes through three stages of filtration: a sediment filter that removes sand, rust, dirt, and other suspended solids; a pre-carbon filter that reduces chlorine and unpleasant tastes and odors; and a carbon block filter that performs a final polish to remove residual impurities. The cooler includes a UVC-LED self-cleaning system marketed as UV-Care. A UV LED above the cold tank runs on an automatic cycle of 120 minutes on and 140 minutes off; an indicator light blinks while the UV light is active. Per the manufacturer, this feature is designed to sanitize the cold tank, not to purify the water. The hot water tap is protected by a child safety lock to help prevent unintended dispensing, and the heating feature can be switched off entirely. A filter indicator light signals when the filters are approaching the end of their service life. The unit is for indoor use, installed on a hard, level countertop near a grounded outlet, with at least 8 in. of clearance behind it for airflow.
